Bérengère MELENEC
I strive to share my enthusiasm and my energy, in order to make simpler and motivating things in human resources.
Graduated from a Parisian business school, Bérengère Melenec, began her HR career at Engie group where she has endorsed most HR responsibilities: recruitment, mobility, training and IT solutions. She led the development of the Human Resources for Services for Energy Branch.
After 15 years of experience, she created her own consulting firm. She advises clients on long missions recruitment, assessment centers creations, talent management policy, HR policies and strategy, selection of new HRIS.
She has created and teaches the recruitment and retention module from 1999 within the Master 2 at La Sorbonne.
Clémence Consulting Group
Clémence Consulting is a management consulting company founded in 2006 which provides services to Finance/Insurance, Energy/Utilities issues:
- Performance improving
- Change management and organisation
- Information Systems consulting
Clémence Consulting is led by 8 partners and about 70 consultants coming from ex « Big Five ». They jointly intervene on Finance, Sales, Marketing, Organization and Information Systems issues. Clémence Consulting‘s mission is to increase the performance of its customers to provide the best contributions of everyone to give birth to project of everyone. Clémence Consulting supports Blue Talent’s development by, notably, providing it with web apps.
